Hi! My name is Ajanae Garcia, and I’m a freshman at the University of Nevada, Reno, majoring in Business. I was born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada, and I’m excited to start building my path in the business world.
My mom is the one who inspired me to go into business administration. She’s a big reason I’m pushing toward my goals, and she helped me realize that I want to work in the accounting field one day. I’m still early in my college journey, but I’m focused and motivated to get there.
I’m currently not working, but I’ve gained strong skills that help me in school and beyond, including customer service, communication, time management, and teamwork. These are strengths I plan to build on as I move into business courses and future internships.
Outside of school, I love listening to music, taking photos, gaming, and reading. These hobbies keep me balanced and give me space to be creative.
